If you choose to have your jacket personalized, please write in your personalization exactly as you would like it to appear on your jacket, including punctuation. There is a limit of 24 characters per line, including spaces and punctuation. If your personalization is longer than 24 characters, it will be split onto two lines.

Please allow for up to a 4-5 week turnaround time from when the order window closes. This allows for us to order the items, decorate them, and ship them to you.

All sales of decorated items are final as we can not return them once we've embroidered the garment.
